Melt into Stillness
(Yin+Restorative Blend)

Slow, supported practice to calm the whole system.

A thoughtful blend of Yin & Restorative: sink into longer, quiet shapes to release tension and gently increase flexibility, then rest fully supported in props for a deep reset of body and mind.
Expect spacious breath, gentle guidance, and plenty of time to soften.


Beginner-friendly and deeply restful.
Mats available; props provided.

Move & Restore
(Flow → Yin/Restorative)

Breath-led movement that settles into supported stillness.

Begin with accessible Vinyasa/Hatha flow to build gentle heat, mobility, and focus. Expect mindful transitions and options for every body as we strengthen with ease.

Then we downshift into Yin/Restorative—longer, supported holds with bolsters, blocks, and blankets—to soothe the nervous system and release deep tension so you leave grounded and clear.

All levels & abilities welcome.

Yin Yoga

Restorative Yoga

In Restorative Yoga, we cradle the body in blankets and bolsters, inviting deep rest and radical softness. There is no need to stretch, strive, or do—only to be.
