What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an intentional practice that uses your breath to regulate your nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect to your inner wisdom. Whether you're seeking stillness, release, or transformation, your breath is the most accessible—and powerful—tool you have.
At Ember & Moon, breathwork sessions are guided with warmth, trauma-informed care, and a focus on safety and empowerment.

1:1 Virtual | 60 min
Connect from anywhere via Zoom. A guided journey tailored to your pace and intention.

1:1 In Person | 60-75 min
Held in a yoga studio in East Central Indiana (Muncie or Union City). Ground into presence through guided breath and optional hands-on support.
60–75 minutes
Group Journeys | 90 min
Experience the collective energy of shared breath. Offered as pop-ups, workshops, and seasonal circles.

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up for yourself.
If you're curious but unsure, it's okay to start slow. We'll go at your pace, and there's no “right” way to show up.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session begins with grounding, intention-setting, and breath pattern guidance. You’ll be supported throughout with cues, presence, and a calm, spacious atmosphere. Sessions close with rest and integration.
You might experience:
Emotional release or deep insight
Tingling, lightness, or warmth in the body
A renewed sense of clarity, calm, or connection

After Your Session
Your breathwork journey continues after the session ends.
Hydrate and nourish your body
Journal or rest if you feel called
Honor your emotions - they may feel tender, raw or surprising
Come back to slow belly breaths as needed
