What to Expect

• Arrive early.

  • Doors open at 9:45 am so you can settle in. Class begins promptly at 10 am. Doors are locked w/ no late entry.

• Props provided.

  • Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are on site. Feel free to bring your own cozy extras.

• Gentle & accessible.

  • Poses are held anywhere from 3–10 minutes with lots of support. Perfect for beginners, athletes in recovery, over-scheduled humans, and anyone seeking deep rest.

Parking:
Main Street lot – right beside Cornerstone Center for the Arts and just steps from our door (fastest access).
Jackson Street lot – directly across from Guardian Brewery.
Both lots lead into the building, but the Main Street entrance brings you closest to Sacred Steps.
